We are a technology company and we are looking for a professional with an advanced level of English to carry out the following activities:
Carry out the entire selection process for various vacancies, from search, screening, interviews and management of the selection process.
It is necessary to have proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Monitors and carries out follow-ups with candidates and internal clients
Schedule interviews between managers and candidates
Prepares project progress reports and/or profile analyses. Requirements:
Solid experience with corporate or agency R&S process, especially in IT.
Experience with end-to-end management of recruitment projects.
Completed degree.
Advanced English for reporting at international meetings.
