Description of activities: Our team collaborates closely with our engineers, compliance analysts, and our headquarters' Chinese engineers product team. We are seeking someone to drive our Brazil Fintech business forward. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the local Fintech market in Brazil and take responsibility for the user product design of credit products. Bring your insights into the Brazilian market and implement them within the product. Conduct continuous user research, AB testing, and formulate effective user product communication strategies. Mandatory requirements: Mandatory requirements: - Experience with credit products - Experience in scoring for credit approval - Have integrated business sales (Ex. Serasa, SPC, Central Bank) - Know the Central Bank's rules regarding personal loan rules - More than 3 years of product experience in the Fintech industry - International background would be advantageous - Strong communication skills and a willingness for personal growth - Knowledge in JAVA technically - Squad sizing based on technical requirements versus budit - Knowledge of cloud storage (Azure, AWS, etc...) - Knowing and using APIs - Have worked with integration with other bank partners - Know credit business rules Experience level: Intermediate Work model: Hybrid, with a presence in the office 3 days per week Contract duration: Indefinite Languages: Fluent in English Experiência com produtos de crédito, Experiência em pontuação para aprovação de crédito, Experiência com sistemas integrados (Ex.
