Primary Objective: The Technical Writer will interact with developers and other subject matter experts to gather data, create technical documentation, and write technical reports for Telit Cinterion products. Main Responsibilities: Create user documentation and help for one or more products. Regular collaboration with software developers, product managers, quality assurance engineers, and technical support engineers to develop content based on user stories, design documents, engineering specifications, and discussions. Following companies & industries best practices to develop high quality documentation for appropriate audience skill level. Efficiently address review comments and revise information based on internal and external customer feedback. Qualifications: · 4-7 years of hands-on experience in documenting products for technical audience. · Bachelors degree in engineering, Mass Communication, Information Systems /Computing-related subject. · Thorough understanding of technical writing standards, processes, and their application. · Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills to work with software developers, testers, support engineers, and doc team members. · Organize, write, and edit user documentation for assigned products and prepare documentation for publication. Documentation may include user guides, release notes, and/ or training materials. · Excellent hold on English grammar. · Strong knowledge of technical writing tools like Adobe Frame Maker, RoboHelp, Microsoft Office Suite, Madcap Flare. · Knowledge of XML-based architectures and writing tools will be added advantage. · Ability and Flexibility to work with teams across different geographies.
