Senior Test lead/Coordinator ( 8 years of exp) The System Team is the Agile team that assists in building and supporting the Agile development environment, including developing and maintaining the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. System Team may also support the integration of assets, end-to-end solution testing, DevOps mindset and practices, deployment, and release on demand. Ï Prepare, own and manage test plan Ï Co-create, own test strategy Ï Act as a team manager for the Test team, coordinate tasks of Testers Ï Work together with Business Analyst and Affiliate Users to define the test scope Ï Based on Project scope and requirements, estimate testing effort and resource needs (in R&D resource pool, in affiliate or in the program) and coordinate their involvement Ï Coordinate Test Resource sourcing with EpiCX PMO Demand Manager Ï Work together with squad and Affiliate members to define the test scope and prepare related test cases and test script Ï Collaborate with Environment Manager on environment availability for test and training Ï Monitor execution Test cycles and track progress Ï Coordinate defects management during testing phases and monitor resolution communication Ï Coordinate Performance test (if needed), monitor performance and identify root-cause for poor performance Ï Supervise UAT execution and supervise UAT defects are fixed in due time Knowledge Management Ï Ensure know-how sharing within the team and/or across other solution centers.
