Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Reliability Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The Reliability Specialist will be responsible for configuring, testing, and training users on the CMMS platform to streamline maintenance processes, improve asset reliability, and maximize operational efficiency Role Description:The Reliability Specialist will work directly with clients reliability group and participate to a cross-functional focus team to:Establish and implement hierarchical structures for equipment systems and locationsUnderstand clients criticality analysis and deploy risk priority for various equipmentImplement and provide support for maintenance plans that include mapping failure modes to corresponding technologies or tasksInterpret the clients maintenance strategy planParticipate and support the conduction of root cause failure analysisCollects data and designs experiments to optimize preventative, predictive, condition-based maintenance on equipment and systemsEstablish continuous improvement of the work planning and scheduling process through the review and use of maintenance metrics, analysis of work order flow, project demands and expectationsÿEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to maintenance management, maintaining accurate documentation and records within the CMMS platform Requirements: Experience in maintenance, operations, engineering principles, and activities.Solid understanding of database structure with the ability to pull data, interpret, analyze, and present technical information using practical judgment.Additional 1 to 3 years of scheduling/planning experience using CMMSKnowledge of industrial systems (Electrical, Mechanical, Process systems)Proficient in Microsoft 365Advance level or fluent in English You stand out if you have: Bachelor's Degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related areas;Previous international experience;Thrives in collaborative settings, contributing seamlessly to team success;Effective verbal and written communication skills;Able to captivate people through presentations that tell a story while presenting data;
