Job Description
Your role:
As AbbVie Value Proposition Manager, you will be accountable for access strategic
plans, aligned to strategic brand plans for pipeline and existing products. This
role is responsible for designing payer specific solutions to empower our products
strong value proposition and leverage.
All strategic plans are build-up in a cross-functional team set:
you will work along commercial and medical brand core teams both local and global
to develop value proposition strategies and materials, HEOR manager and pricing
manager to support HTA. You will also provide market analysis and insights to
support commercial decisions.
This role will support the Market Access Value Proposition, Pricing and HEOR Lead,
in the development of Value Strategic for pipeline and existing products and also
brand team activities, including budget and monitoring access field team actions.
The interface with Payers, HTA subjects, Access Stakeholders and field team is
needed in order to collect insights and information to support the Market Access
Strategy and alignment with market, customer and patient needs.
You will be responsible for:
" Be part of the brand core value team, to develop access strategy for
gastroenterology brands in collaboration with PAGs, Medical, Marketing, Gov.
Affairs and others.
Provide informed insight, and analysis to aid with the development of HTA
strategies and plans which are consistent with strategic brand plans for new and
existing products to facilitate national market access for our products, both in
private and public setting.
Develop opportunities analysis and execute HTA submissions to ANS and CONITEC
along HEOR manager.
" Value Proposition strategies for private and public systems based on market
analysis, modeling scenarios for competitive positioning along pricing manager.
" Provide expert Market Access and Health Economic input to build/customize an
impactful Value proposition strategy for AbbVie Immunology portfolio
(Gastroenterology)
" Adapt and develop market access tools ensuring that they are fit and tailored by
each payer archetype.
" Account segmentations and patient flow models in conjunction with medical, HEOR,
National Access Manager and commercial leads.
" Influences and engage with healthcare professionals/payers to accelerate access
and leverage outside-in perspective.
" Develop in-field team solutions/tools, action and events to support and
communicate the value proposition.
Qualifications
Pre-requirements
" Degree level education required in Economics, Medical/Health sciences, Pharmacy
or equivalent.
" Post graduate qualification is desired.
" Solid Pharmaceutical Industry experience
" Understand decision processes of National HTA evaluations (CONITEC and ANS) as
well as HMOs and Public local payers.
" Strategic and Business Mindset and analytical skills.
" Build influence network for indirect leadership.
" Advanced English level for effective communication with senior leaders.
" Available for travel and 2 days home office per week.
