As a Procurement Agile Sr. Manager, you'll lead a team/pod of 3-4 and will support
Global and Regional Procurement in the Global Procurement Center of Expertise
(COE). This role is the agile leader who coordinates with global and regional
strategic sourcing teams to staff Agile Squad resources for planned sourcing
events and ad-hoc requests. The teams led by this role positions the procurement
function to deliver incremental value and to accelerate value delivery of
strategic projects.
The Agile teams deliver high visibility, high ROI projects across categories in
collaboration with the Procurement Agile Sr. Manager, category leaders and
business unit leaders. This role will require project management, team leadership,
problem solving/critical thinking skills, financial analysis, effective
stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of strategic category
management, development and negotiation. You'll also lead a team that that
supports multiple projects in parallel and will report into the Sr. Director of
the Global Procurement Center of Excellence.
Main responsibilities:
Leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing,
deployment and support for applications within the warehouse management business
process area.
Functional leader of medium to large projects for a specific business capability.
Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of
complexity.
Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to
use technology to address near term business needs which includes identifying
these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the
appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current
initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand
Participates with Business resources to establish requirements for the
implementation of changes in the business process.
As part of this team, the WMS SA will be responsible for integrating business,
information, and technology architecture to create solutions for the relevant
business capability area and in some cases, cross capability areas.
Focus on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and
customers.
Scope/Categories:
Role will report to the ITAS WMS organization. Role will not have any direct reports. Key Interfaces:
Functional Engineer, Business Client, Data & Analytics team, Solution Engineers. Enterprise Architects. and Project Managers. External Interfaces:
Consultants, 3rd Party providers. Travel may include approximately up to 40% of
work time in some months.
Key Accountabilities:
Accountabilities across multiple functional and technical analytical areas with
wide range of complexity. Leader of medium to complex projects for a specific
business capability or across multiple capabilities.
Translates non-functional and functional requirements into end-to-end analytical
solution designs, ensuring solution aligns with business goals and processes, uses
and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with
other applications and supports a common application environment.
Collaborates with other SAs, BAs and Enterprise Architecture to make sure that
solutions fit within enterprise context and aims for standardization of solutions
across K-Cs application landscape.
Coordinates medium to complex Warehouse Management Systems implementations while
leading design variances based upon business needs.
Coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to evaluation, design and
delivery of business capabilities. Contributes to the evaluation and selection of
software product standards.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree
7- 10 years of related work experience/and responsibilities delivering projects in
Supply Chain Management/ Warehousing domain
Fluent English mandatory
Desirable:
Portuguese and Spanish
Lead and responsible for Blue Yonder WMS modules 2019 (former JDA and Red Prairie)
and above with deep functional / domain expertise and hands on experiences in
configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and
documentations
Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex information
to individuals, small groups, and executive leadership
Knows how the integration between Blue Yonder WMS and other supply chain systems
desirable like SAP ECC, S/4HANA,TMS or LMS systems
Led and managed minimum 4-5 full lifecycle WMS implementations in large and
complex environment.
Should have at least 1 implementation on latest release of BY WMS cloud solution.
The candidate should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage
project, work with partner resources and deliverables.
Architect the WMS solution to achieve a defined operation goal, working with
Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.
Play SMEs for functional areas for the warehouses.
Engage with business teams to collect their requirements and configure the Blue
Yonder System or share requirements for other team members to configure to support
the business needs
Able to Travel approximately up to 40% of work time in some months.
Should have Led and participated in:
Gather Business requirements.
Analyze and transform to application requirements.
Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
Lead Functional Design approval process.
Strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution.
Assist customer during UAT
Prepare and Review documentations.
Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred.

Receiving
Shipping
Inventory Management
Appointments
Warehouse Controls
Page Builder
Integration with non BY systems like SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA along with WCS/WCU
components
Experience with Hand held device integration and MOCA
Labor Standards
Knowledge on leading Warehousing Solution such as SAP- EWM will be an added plus.

objectives, and the underlying issues arising from investigations into business
requirements and problems and identifies options for consideration. Identifies
potential benefits, and available options for consideration. Works with
clients/users in defining acceptance tests.
Business risk management:
Carries out risk assessment within a defined functional or technical area of
business. Uses consistent processes for identifying potential risk events,
quantifying and documenting the probability of occurrence and the impact on the
business. Refers to domain experts for guidance on specialized areas of risk, such
as architecture and environment. Co-ordinates the development of countermeasures
and contingency plans.
Requirements Definition and Management:
Facilitates scoping and business priority-setting for change initiatives of medium
size and complexity. Contributes to selection of the most appropriate means of
representing business requirements in the context of a specific change initiative,
ensuring traceability back to source. Discovers and analyses requirements for
fitness for purpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency,
challenging positively as appropriate. Obtains formal agreement by stakeholders
and recipients to scope and requirements and establishes a base-line on which
delivery of a solution can commence. Manages requests for and the application of
changes to base-lined requirements. Identifies the impact on business requirements
of interim (e.g. migration) scenarios as well as the required end position.
