Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with all labor and tax regulations in the US and Brazil. Administer the calculation and distribution of paid vacations and leaves, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations in Brazil and the US. Administer employee benefits. Manage absence tracking and commission settlements. Conduct meetings to improve team performance and support employees. Perform personnel administration and administrative routine activities. Handle procurement of materials and office supplies. Stay updated with US Department of Labor regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices. Utilize payroll software and HR management systems to maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed. Conduct salary research, update contracts, and relevant documents. Assist with holiday and event planning. Collaborate with other teams within the HR department and other departments to ensure data integrity and payroll process efficiency. Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Easy access to Boca Raton, Florida, with valid work authorization in the United States. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience in payroll and human resources. Comprehensive knowledge of US Department of Labor regulations and labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with payroll systems and HR management software. I
