JOB SUMMARY Enhance visibility to attract and engage new guests through the development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. This includes the use of online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and content marketing, thus ensuring business sustainability. PREREQUISITES  Education: Marketing, Communication, and/or related fields.  Languages: English, French, Germany and Spanish - Advanced proficiency   Other Requirements:  ·        MBA in marketing or a related field, solid knowledge of SEO strategies, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, etc. Experience in the hotel industry is desirable; ·        Office Microsoft Suite; ·        Availability to Travel outside your home country. We have units in Brazil  Porto de Galinhas and in Portugal  Madeira Island.   MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES   ·        Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.  ·        Oversee SEO and content activities, ensuring our website is optimized for search engines and that content is relevant and engaging.  ·        Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, optimizing the budget to maximize ROI.  ·        Create and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, build the brand, and expand our social media presence.  ·        Develop effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication with our customer base.  ·        Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and make strategic adjustments as necessary.  ·        Supervise a team focused on digital marketing, providing guidance and support.  ·        Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure resources are allocated strategically.  ·        Bring innovation, manage the digital marketing budget effectively, and ensure resources are allocated strategically.  ·        Be responsible for the outcomes of strategies, actions, and progress within deadlines, in order to increase competitiveness, occupancy, average daily rate, and profitability through digital marketing.    ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: Visionary Strategy, Innovation, Results Orientation, Strategic Leadership, Written and Verbal Communication.
