Supervisiona a produção de eventos, negocia com fornecedores, acompanha montagem e desmontagem e controla os custos. Analisa concorrência e identifica novas oportunidades de negócios para aumentar as vendas e fidelizar clientes.
Elabora roteiros de entrega de materiais, análise de contratos, consulta as solicitações de eventos, atende solicitações de hospedagem, salas, refeições, coffee break e repassa informações sobre preços.
